Mrs. Shollenbarger brings 26 years of vast aviation experience with her as well as an unwavering commitment to the industry. Melissa will be focusing on Wing Aviation’s aircraft management services to expand the company’s already leading position in the Southwest.
Melissa launched her aviation career as Customer Service Manager for AMR Combs. After being acquired by Signature Flight Support in 1999, Melissa continued in her position and was also tasked with serving as the Regional Service Trainer. In 2001, Melissa relocated back to her hometown of Dallas, TX where she started a new endeavor with Million Air Dallas as the Director of Customer Service and helped lead an award-winning team for over two decades.
Melissa has been recognized in multiple aviation publications throughout her career. She was voted in Professional Pilot Magazine as a 'Top 10 Best FBO Employee' (1998 & 2004). She was also named in the Aviation International News publication as going "Above and Beyond" for six consecutive years.
